General Conditions
The FAQs below cover most of the common questions and conditions, but here’s a short rundown of the key points:
- The application form helps us identify your profile and needs to learn what product would be a great fit for you to test;
- We do not guarantee early-access to new products. In each testing round, we’ll select testers that meet the criteria for the product being tested;
- No costs apply to beta testers. Should PLUX need to send you something (e.g., hardware), PLUX will cover all related shipping costs;
- Beta testers have the right to opt out of this program at any time. Please get in touch with our helpdesk@pluxbiosignals.com to inform us about your request to opt-out;
- Sharing your feedback is essential for this program. Surveys will be shared after each test to collect your feedback. Failure to share your feedback may exclude you from future beta testing activities.
- The provided products are in testing phase and may function incorrectly or different than expected;
- PLUX reserves the right to reject beta tester applications or exclude beta testers from this program.
Do I have to share my feedback?
Your feedback is an essential part of this program’s success. Without sharing your feedback after testing an early-access product, we do not have sufficient information to improve the product to meet your needs.
Please note that repeated lack of sharing feedback may be a reason to be excluded from future beta testing activities.
Will I get guaranteed access to new products?
Applying as a Beta Tester does not guarantee early access to PLUX products and prototypes.
The selection process is based on the products undergoing beta testing and your application’s profile. For instance, if you are a lecturer, you might only be access to products designed for educational use.
Are there any costs associated with this program?
No, any temporarily or permanently provided products are provided free of charge. In the case of testing hardware products, PLUX will cover all shipping costs needed to ship the device to your

Yes, of course. You can drop out at any moment by sending us an e-mail to helpdesk@pluxbiosignals.com or by informing your contact person at PLUX.
This way, we can make sure that we will no longer concern you with this program.
