Signal Processing Pipelines

Biosignals Studio processes your signals in a pipeline of three stages. The output of each stage is the input of the next, so you can combine them freely or use only the stages you need:

  1. Signal Processing Toolbar: quick, global filtering of the raw or sensor pre-processed signal
  2. Signal Processing Toolbox: reusable filter profiles applied to selected segments or to the entire signal
  3. Signal-Specific Processing Modules: one-click analysis that extracts signal-specific parameters

Signal-Specific Processing Modules

One-click processing modules that pre-process a signal and extract signal-specific parameters. Each datasheet describes the supported sensors, settings, pre-processing steps, the formulas of all extracted parameters, and the referenced scientific literature.

Signal Processing Toolbox

The Signal Processing Toolbox contains all filters you can apply to your signals before, or instead of, a processing module. The filters are available through two interfaces: the Signal Processing Toolbar and Filter Profiles.
