What happens if my warranty period is over and I need help?

Our knowledge base is available for everyone regardless of warranty period.

However, if your hardware needs to be fixed or replaced and you find yourself outside the warranty period, get in contact with our support team to report your issue. We will provide you an estimate of the repair costs of your product, if possible.

Alternatively, we offer a 20% discount on the purchase of replacement products if a repair is not possible.
