We offer a standard warranty period of 2 years for all kits and closed products (e.g., hubs, kits, enclosed sensors), including 2 years for the batteries of these closed products.
Products for replacement within the warranty period must be submitted to our support team for initial analysis before being sent to our offices. Please refrain from sending your products without prior notice, as this will complicate the warranty analysis and replacement process.
