How can I report a warranty or replacement case?

You can report port your warranty or replacement case to our team and we will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days and try to solve the issue remotely, if possible, before proceeding with a replacement process.

If your product falls within your warranty, we will either repair your damaged/malfunction product or provide an equivalent product.
