How it Works
- Your Role: As a valued customer, you become a “Finder” in our program. Your job is simple – just find and refer potential distribution partners or resell partners to us.
- Working on a Partnership: We’ll take care of the formalities. We’ll evaluate the referred as a potential partner and handle the negotiations in place, if the refered one is a right fit.
- Finder Fee Reward: Here comes the exciting part! For each successful referral that results in a signed agreement, you’ll receive a Finder’s Fee for all of your referred distributor’s sales generated within the first year of that partnership. It’s our way of saying “thank you” for your valuable support!

Terms & Conditions
The following lists terms, conditions, and exclusion criteria for the Finder’s Fee program.
- PLUX Validation: We carefully select our partners to ensure that they meet our standards of representation. For this reason, we will evaluate each referral individually and we reserve the right to both accept and reject referrals for potential partnerships.
- Finder’s Fee Agreement: After a successful referral, the Finder signs a Finder’s Fee agreement with the detailed legal terms and conditions for processing the reward. The agreement is provided by PLUX and its signing is a condition for receiving the reward.
- Self-Referrals: Self-referrals are not covered by this program. Finders cannot refer to their own business or themselves as distribution partners or resellers. This includes researchers, employees, or affiliates trying to sell our products to their own university or affiliated institutions to earn Finder’s Fee as this may raise a conflict of interest.
- Companies and individuals that are not qualified as valid referrals:
- Referrals that are already existing distribution partners or resellers of PLUX
- Referrals who have prior agreements or ongoing discussions with PLUX regarding a partnership
- Referrals who are not eligible to become distribution partners or resellers based on our PLUX0s criteria
- Referrals who engage in any illegal or unethical activities
