How do I reset my Biosignals PRO?

In the event of hardware issues, you can reset the hardware to restore it to its factory settings.

Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until the power button’s light ring turns off.

Press the power button again to restart your device. The device will proceed with a flashing sequence of the light ring, completing the reset, and enter the standby mode (status LED blinks in light green).
