Battery Care Guide– PLUX Lithium Batteries

Temperature

  • Operational temperature: -20 ºC to +60 ºC
  • Charging temperature: 0 ºC to 45 ºC
  • Long-term storage: -20 ºC to +30 ºC

Avoid exposing the device to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, as this may reduce battery life and affect safety.

Charging

Wearables:

  • Use the provided USB cable.
  • Use a 5V / ≥2A adaptor (not computer USB ports).

Hubs:

General:

  • Charge in a ventilated area.
  • Never charge outside the recommended range.
  • Disconnect after charging is complete.

Battery Health

Keep charge between 20–80% for daily use.

Avoid full discharges.

Prefer moderate charging speeds.

For long-term storage: keep at 40–50% charge in a cool, dry place.

Disposal

Do not throw the battery in regular trash.

Can I use any charger with my PLUX device?

Always use the official PLUX Hub Charger available here

Can I charge outside the recommended temperature range?

No. This may damage the battery or reduce its lifespan.

What happens if I use another charger?

Using non-recommended chargers may lead to unstable charging, shorter battery life, or damage to the device.

Should I let the battery fully discharge?

No. For lithium batteries, it is better to keep the charge between 20% and 80% to extend lifespan.

How should I store the device if not used for months?

Store the battery at around 40–50% charge, in a cool and dry place, within -20 ºC to +30 ºC.

Can I leave it charging overnight?
